Signal School of Physical Education is a nonprofit in Signal Mountain, teaching gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading, dance, tennis, and swimming since 1978. It runs week-long gymnastics day camps in June that teach cartwheels, rolls, and other skills, building coordination, strength, and balance.
