This is the only childcare that I would let my daughter go to around Wytheville or the surrounding area, not because the others are bad,but because they're just so great with all the children at Shanaki! Before I enrolled my daughter, I went and spoke with the owner and she laid it all out for me and answered all of our questions! (Not sure why someone would put such a bad review! Just someone who got butt hurt and wanted to be childish is all that is! There's no need for that, because it's not true! Only to try to ruin someone's business and name,is so low! Little keyboard warrior needs to find some better hobbies! Never,have I ever even thought that anyone there could be mean to anyone,especially a kid or even their parent! )They love the kids they care for, just as much as they do their own! If you need child care for your little ones or even for after school, little or big kids THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! The ONLY people I trust to keep my child while I work or have things to do during the day, as I know they take great care of these children, they teach them so much! They teach them respect,manners,ways to defend theirself and so much more! I just reached Brown-III and am currently on my one year holding for black belt after 8 or 9 years of attending classes, and they’ve made it clear that everyone going to classes has the ability and potential to acquire black belt. I’ve never had a bad experience in their dojo, and every class fun and informative. My memories here have been simply joyous and amazing ever since I started. In fact, a lot of my good friends attend classes with me, and Master Scott, Master Shawna, and Grandmaster Penny treat everyone like family. Shanaki isn’t just a group of martial artists, they are family; I couldn’t ask for more.
