Great local pool and rec center, was there for a kids party and the pool was clean and well maintained. The restroom and changing spaces were clean and we'll lit. Great fun place to take the kids to swim. No issues at all while we were there.

On March 1, my husband and little daughter and I decided to visit the pool. The older man at the reception didn't ask for an address, ID, or anything, he just said $15 for one, so give me $45 and go. I asked several times if we were from Parma, were considered residents or not? The husband also clarified, we asked if our address of residence did not matter, because when we always visited this establishment, they asked for ID and the price was always $5-10 $ I said that for some reason it became expensive. He told me that it was. But my daughter asked to go to the pool, so we still went, although I felt that we had been fooled 🥺 the pool was empty - 5 people, during the rest I heard 2 people nearby talking to each other about poor service, cold water and lack of entertainment for children. With which I very much agree. I asked them how much they paid at the single entrance today, since they were also from Parma, their answer was $10, I said that for some reason they just charged us $15, they told me, - so they fooled you and took your money. I went up to Bella, since she said that she was the boss here today, yes , I was indignant, I asked why so, I clarified the price several times. She started looking for answers in head - maybe you didn’t specify the address, or maybe you didn’t understand ... I asked to return the money - the amount that was taken from me dishonestly - $ 15, instead of sorry, I heard that now she will call a lawyer !!! 😀, so that we leave, only after that if we leave now she will return us $ 15. We of course left, it’s not about the amount, I can give $ 15 to a person who needs it, and I give it, but I have never take a cent from anyone by deception and I will never allow someone else to do it. Even if we are wrong somewhere, we should just say sorry. If there is any management in this institution besides Bella, please respond to this case, it’s very unpleasant, it’s just about ordinary humanity. Now I'm telling everyone around me how they kicked me out with my child 😞 just because my tone seemed a bit off to her and someone didn't get an extra $15

Seven hills is a very nice rec center with reasonable prices for individuals and families. However it seems like the basketball courts are always taken up with many activities making it hard to know if you are going to be able to play or shoot around when you arrive. I recommend calling before coming up to play basketball. Also on Friday’s they do not allow people who are not from seven hills/parma to play basketball.

I had a birthday party on December 7th for my son. We were just disappointed all around. Every other rec center allows to pay for more time except yours, 2 hours is not enough time at all. I only had 30 chairs and when I signed paper work I clearly signed for 50. So some of the parents sat in the pool area. There was also another party on the opposite side and kept walking through our side to see the pool during the whole duration of our party, I finally had to get up and say something to them. I used to be a resident of seven hills, and used to have birthdays here but this party was rushed , interrupted and not exciting at all. Your rec center needs to be organized, and more involved. I will never return again.

I want to thank everybody who made this facility and keep it going. You all have your act together and are doing the Lord's work. Seven Hills Recreation Center meets the therapeutic needs of every member of my family. The people who work here are wonderful. I feel like I'm at my relatives' rather than the feeling of being at a government-run complex like who's name I won't mention but initials start with a "Y".
