I paid for 5 lessons from one of Todd's coaches who quit working for Todd after he taught me 1 lesson. Todd refused to refund the rest of the money and I've asked many times. He initially offered to teach the other 4 lessons himself (not what I signed up for, but was willing to take), but refused to respond as we tried to schedule a time and place.

The owner and his employees are very rude to other coaches and people not in his program. They allow no freedom in lesson plans and stay with a boring cookie cut lesson plans/ curriculum
