Powered by GoogleThis is the best daycare I have ever seen. The workers are amazing! The owners have beautiful energy. They take education every seriously.I’m so so so sad I can’t send my family there due to moving states but I definitely recommend this safe space for kids
Serenity Early learning center is such a wonderful place of educational learning and a positive structure and atmosphere with a well trained staff . I have peace knowing that my children are in such good care at Serenity , Thank you Ms Brenda for all your help and being there for any concerns that I have concerning my childcare services Yours truly Ms Walker
Toddler and babies are sent home and have to return with a note from a doctor over simple common issues. Some teachers will make claims about toddlers being sick and make parents pick them up early but the toddler is perfectly fine at home. Ex: teacher calls and you hear your child screaming at the top of their lungs. Teacher claims baby has bad diarrhea and have to stay home next day and needs a note from doctors to return back. Ex2: teacher calls while baby is crying in the background, claiming baby has been teething terribly all day and have to stay home next day. You pick up baby and they greet you with a smile. Not upset or show any signs of discomfort. You check their gums, not swollen or appear irritated. (These examples are actual experience, btw). Clearly, baby and teacher is not a good fit! Owner also disconnected her line so there is no one you can speak to when teachers are sending babies home for no reason. Too many babies in one room for one teacher! 1:5! Don’t recommend!
Its a beautiful place they are very professional . I truly like the fact that they take the time to give you up dates and reports so your can better help your child if need be. I would recommend this early learning center to any one who is in search of one
This is by far the worst day care facility I've ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. They are extremely (no exaggeration), extremely unprofessional. One day they left my daughter at school and I had to fight with them to pick her up. They also notified me on Monday, October 7th that they would no longer be able to take my daughter to school and pick her up but that they would work with me until I could find her a new day care. The very next day, Tuesday October 8th they notified me that Friday, October 11th would be the last day. This day care is terrible. If you love and care about your child then I would strongly suggest that you never ever entertain this company. If I could give this facility less than 1 star I would. Please don't waste your time. They will disappoint you tremendously!!!!
