Powered by GoogleI’m 33 but went to Seacamp as a 5th grader. I talk fondly and frequently about Seacamp whenever the ocean is mentioned, 5th grade, or nautical topics. I hope if you’re reading this and debating if you should send your kid… do it. I’ve done so many things in life but the memories from this will always be a favorite. Also, one of the workers back then made a “Thanksgiving Sandwich” at dinner one night and I do it every Thanksgiving to this day!
From Mark’s welcoming nature to the positive energy from our awesome science instructor Sara (and staff like Julian, Ivan, Cynthia, Mariah, and Otto), this was an experience of a lifetime. The safety-conscious, growth-focused, and FUN culture created by leaders like Judy, Daniel, Maya, Owen, Matt and team is outstanding. Blessed to have this gem in our Florida backyard. Our kids voted it better than Orlando theme parks! Highly recommend!!!
I went to Sea Camp in 1976. 50 years ago. It is one of my best memories of my youth and an extended school trip. The dorms were very basic and the food was terrible. However, all of us who went had a great time and we learned a lot. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves learning about the ocean and sea life.
I would a bit love it, and I have fun in there it was good the food was good. We have fun swimming in the water learning. We learn a lot so thank you. I hope you will love this too.
The best field trip for our 5th graders! From the activities, to snorkeling, our students loved every minute. They learned so much marine science and had fun with the interactive activities. The staff was phenomenal and were able to answer any question students asked along the way. They made their learning fun, engaging and the students loved the campfire night. Thank you for an amazing trip Seacamp! We can’t wait to come back every year.
