Seacamp is a marine science camp on Big Pine Key that has run residential and day programs for ages 10-17 since 1966. Overnight campers live on a waterfront campus and choose from marine science courses, SCUBA certification, sailing, windsurfing, lifesaving, and photography; day camp serves ages 10-13.

I hope if you’re reading this and debating if you should send your kid… do it. I’ve done so many things in life but the memories from this will always be a favorite. Also, one of the workers back then made a “Thanksgiving Sandwich” at dinner one night and I do it every Thanksgiving to this day!
