★Nicole DaviesNo one is responding to calls, emails, or texts. My son stopped coming there two months ago - I tried to cancel but had no response to any of my requests. My card has been charged 270$ for the last two months that my son wasn’t attending. Couches for younger kids are 15 years old boys who are careless for your kids, the environment in the group, or bullies.
★Elena NMI had the exact same experience as another reviewer, who gave 1 star - once you register you child you are on the hook; they will promise you everything to get you signed and after that you or your child stop mattering, unless they are talented enough for the coach to care. And they will continue to charge their monthly fee ($120) even if the kid stops attending, ignoring all requests for cancellation. Very dishonest and petty, zero customer service. Schultz Academy "management" (or lack thereof) is also chaotic and disorganized, some parents are trying their best to volunteer help, but if you have a complaint, there is practically no-one there to address it with. Also, you will notice a lot of 5-star reviews coming at the same time, this is because there was a push to get good reviews at that time.
