Teen summer dance camp intensive run by SCDT, a nonprofit dance school and performance space at 33 Hawley St in downtown Northampton. The week-long intensive runs Monday-Friday 10:00am-1:00pm and trains contemporary modern, contemporary ballet, hip hop and African Diaspora forms alongside composition and dance production, closing with an informal showing on the Friday. It is aimed at teens who want to dance, create and perform in a non-traditional, non-competitive environment; tuition is on a sliding scale and scholarships are available on request.
