The Saugatuck Yacht Club runs a summer youth sailing program on Kalamazoo Lake for children ages 5 and up, taught in one-week sessions from early June through early August. Classes range from Dinghy Demons for ages 5-7 to more advanced instruction, building boat handling, safety, teamwork, and sportsmanship for beginners through experienced young sailors.
