Great place to train gymnastics. The coachee are patient with the kids and pay attention to details. They meet each child where they’re at and take time to give praise and positive reinforcement on every try. Would highly recommend SGA!

We’ve been with SGA for 2 years and are so thankful to them. They never gave up on my daughter no matter how many times she wanted to stop and it is much appreciated. You can always feel the love from the coaches and more.

Excellent, internationally renowned teachers, great instructions. My child has been going there for years. The coaches teach the correct way, fix body positions of students when needed; good discipline. Very strong pre-team and team. Compare to other places in Sarasota area, classes are financially accessible to families. There are two teachers in younger groups to ensure safety and maximum support and instructions. Students are stimulated and challenged. Highly recommend if you are looking for a strong gymnastics place.

I'm actually writing this review after my 3rd experience at this gym. I initially read these Google reviews, ignored the one negative because the gym reached out to the reviewer to attempt a correction, and was excited for my daughter to try their free class. Checked the site, chose their 3-4 year old class on Saturday at 11:30am. The first Saturday I went there I spoke with a woman who said the class was cancelled, but just for the day and to come back the next Saturday. The second attempt, I spoke with a man who said that class was permanently cancelled and their site times were wrong. He gave me their schedule, and suggested their Thursday 5:30pm class. Which brings me to today when I called to confirm the class time. But when my daughter and I arrived, fully dressed and excited, I was informed that that class was also cancelled. My suggestion is either the site needs to be updated or they should post the actual schedule on their door.

This is a family owned gym, they deeply care about their kids. The coaches are fun and the kids love them! Its a great little family. By the way to the negative comment I read on here... they are not your mainstream commercial gym and may not have the best website but the coaches have excellent communication with the families! And they are very easy to get ahold of. They do update us and most of us have never had issues. I don't understand how anyone could write a bad review, because I know the coaches and they seriously care a lot. I see the negative comment has something to do with their technical issue about a class time or a class being calncelled, their classes rarely ever get cancelled and I see the gym comment is from 7 months ago and I remember there was COVID related cancellations at that time. Anyway, I highly recommend them, they are great !
