Google Reviews
Powered by GoogleHere’s a cleaner, more polished version of your review that keeps your frustration but makes it more impactful and credible: I had high hopes for this place at first. Everyone was friendly when I started, and while no one really showed me around, I managed to figure things out on my own. However, after about two weeks, I realized the schedule just didn’t work for me. Every time I was able to come in, it was extremely crowded, making it nearly impossible to actually use any equipment. On top of that, a noticeable amount of the equipment was broken, which made the experience even more frustrating. Because of this, I canceled after the first month. Unfortunately, I recently discovered—ten months later—that I’ve still been getting charged. I’ll take responsibility for not keeping the cancellation paperwork, but when I reached out and asked for at least the most recent charge to be refunded (since it just went through yesterday), I was told they have a strict no-refund policy. That response says a lot about how this place is run. Situations like this should be handled with more understanding and fairness, especially given how much money matters to people right now. Continuing to charge someone after they’ve canceled—and refusing to correct it—feels incredibly wrong. Management seriously needs to reevaluate how they handle these issues. This experience has been disappointing from start to finish. I won’t be coming back.
This place is a hidden gem - our foundation, RWF, is excited to form a partnership with them. Helping veterans is what we do, and it aligns perfectly with SFFLC and their mission. Make sure to stop by and check them out!
The amount charged to attend pool games is obscured!!! The board should be ashamed charging family’s to support their child . $35 for 1 adult & 2 children . Making 5k + on entry fees alone on just a weekend . Families just want to attend & support their child play the game they love as they are already financially supporting them to play . The director should be ashamed .
Visited for the Texas Food Truck festival OKC Edition. It was a nice selection of black owned businesses to shop with and good vibes.
They held a Halloween Carnival event. I thought it was well put together, the atmosphere was great and my girls had a wonderful time. We appreciate all that helped put this together so the kids could have a safe space to party in!!
