Rotary Youth Camp of North Florida (founded 1974, Tallahassee office; campsite in DeFuniak Springs) is a nonprofit that provides a free overnight summer camp for children with severe physical disabilities, Down syndrome and autism in the Florida panhandle. Each camper is paired one-on-one with a counselor, and professional nursing staff are on site 24/7. Activities include swimming, arts and crafts, hikes, bonfires, dance, archery, scuba and music; camp is free to accepted campers.
