Roots Athletic Center runs Roots Summer Camp, a full-day day camp for children ages 5-15 across its Westfield and East Longmeadow sports complexes, from late June through late August (9-4 with before/after care). Campers use gyms, pools, and turf fields for swimming, gymnastics, ninja, turf sports, arts, STEM, and archery, and a Counselor-in-Training program serves ages 13-15.

Really knows what she’s doing and is so knowledgeable in her field, and doesn’t mess around! Utilizes all the tools necessary to get you back at everything you love activity wise and doing so pain free!! But the facility is very nice, extremely clean and setup with everything you need! She’s got an awesome setup in the space she runs out of for sure, which is the spot I can personally relate to, but the rest of the place looks super nice too!
