The staff made us feel very welcome which is important to me because my daughter is way more outgoing than other kids her age which can make me nervous about taking her new places. Akira also taught me a cool way to help her go down the slide by herself. She had so much fun. We are looking forward to starting our membership.

We can’t thank Akira, Chase, and Samantha enough for such an exceptional birthday party experience! From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized and completely stress-free for us as parents. They truly took care of everything—setup, activities, timing, and keeping the kids engaged—so we could actually relax and enjoy the celebration. They were extremely flexible, patient, and accommodating. The kids had an amazing time and were entertained the entire party. You could tell how thoughtful and experienced the team was, and their energy and attention to detail made the day feel really special. If you’re looking for a team that’s professional, organized, and genuinely great with kids, this is it. Highly recommend!

Best place to host a 3rd Birthday Party! We had our daughters birthday here 3 years ago, and just had our son's 3rd birthday here today. Both times were such an incredible experience. Kids want to romp and they want to roll. The instructors do a great job helping coordinate fun activities and are able to ebb and flow with the rambunctious little ones. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy, and having fun. The staff were welcoming, setup the room for us, served the food and drinks, and did the clean up. That alone made this stressed momma A LOT less stressed! Shout out to Arika, Allison, and Alo for their hardwork for our party today. Grayson and his friends had a blast.

We had our daughter's first birthday party here in March of 2024. She was looking forward to it, but there were basically no "fun activities led by energetic party hosts" outside of the parachute game we all played in gym class as kids - which lasted about 2 minutes. Parties are a whopping 90 minutes, by the way, so be mindful of that when planning, that this includes all play time/activity time, food, cake, and presents. But don't worry! You can book an extra 30 minutes, as long as that is available - but it will not be - nor is that enough time anyway. The party hosts were uninterested, aloof, and did not manage the party well, considering they came up to us as I was cutting cake to tell us that our time was up and that we had to pack up and leave because another party was coming. Very rude, unprofessional, and none of the kids - including my daughter--had cake. At a birthday party. All of our guests were surprised and appalled at the behavior of staff, the lack of organization and thoughtfulness with the party, the so called "activities", and general disinterest in delivering on what was advertised. We essentially paid $350 for a 90 min gym time with equipment that was very difficult for young babies to use. Cannot recommend, and will not be back.

We love romp n roll west-end location, truly without this play gym I'm not sure my high energy son would ever nap! The staff is so kind, calm and understanding. The facility is clean and the set up always changing to help the kids to try new equipment. We especially love Miss Angelique , her love for her job and the kids shines when she teaches. My little boy would do anything she says he loves her so much. Thank you all for creating such a great space for the kiddos to play, explore and be safe!
