Powered by GoogleI love this YMCA. They offer a lot of classes and services for all ages. The water aerobics and workouts are my favorites but I also love to watch all the Pickle Ball tournaments. It's older, but well maintained and great people.
I love Rollingwood YMCA. The people who work there are all very nice and accommodating as well as the clients. I have made several wonderful friends going to this club AND it helped me stay in better shape! The surroundings are beautiful and I can feel a sense of peace and relaxation just driving down the driveway to the parking lot. They also have classes on line so if you can’t make it in for a class you might find it on line. I’ve been a member for 14 years and wouldn’t even consider another club even though there are a few closer to my house.
Rollingwood YMCA is a friendly place to work out regardless of your level. The equipment is very well maintained and is readily available, with many options. Great place to go in a friendly and safe environment.
I thoroughly enjoy all the instructors with their variety of exercises, upbeat instruction, motivation, and music! I lack motivation so attending classes gets me going. They have such a variety of upper body, core, lower body and cardio that it's never boring. I especially appreciate when they demonstrate modifications and more those for more advanced....I'm the modification!
This YMCA location offers variety of equipment and activities ranging from treadmills to indoor and out door swimming pools. They have also big tennis courts outside behind the main building . The facility is old and needs renovation but the services is satisfactory There was a polite and helpful African American lady namely Brenda who Went above and below for customers and impressed me. Lastly they offer free admission to pools and gym on Wednesdays in summer 2023. Who doesn’t like free admission ?
