This camp is amazing. I've been camping here since I was 6-7 years old. It really is a good camp, but it is overshadowed by the sumercamps in the Natural Statr Council, which are nicer. The best thing about this camp is that the buildings there have been there since the camp first opened in the 1960s. It is by far the biggest summer camp adjacent in the Council's area, with a 400-acre lake named Kennan Lake. Even though most of the facilities have been temporarily shut down and that the camp has been basically forgotten by the BSA that owns it. It is full of nature, and I can't wait to see what is done with it in the future.
