Arkansas Gold Gymnastics runs a themed summer gymnastics camp for ages 3-7 at its Lowell facility. The drop-off half-day camp (9:30am-noon) combines gymnastics with games, creative challenges, and high-energy activities, with a daily snack and a camp t-shirt included. It is offered as a 4-day camp or a 2-day mini and is open to members and non-members.

Second, the coaches were absolutely wonderful with the children. In fact, they couldn't have been better! We brought our 2 and 4 year old granddaughters and they were coached by Shane and Miles respectively. Third, the activities were well thought out and perfectly challenging for each age group. It's easy to see that taking a class there each week is so much more than just a great activity. The children are developing and growing on many levels. The table cloth was pulled out from our guests while everyone was gathering their things to leave at exactly 3:30, which seemed aggressive instead of just throwing away things off of the table. They have 30 minutes of buffer time between parties which is plenty of time to flip the space (aka 4 tables) without being so hurried. Overall the kids had an amazing time, but be prepared for this when booking.
