Powered by GoogleOne of the best memberships I have ever been a part of! Very friendly staff, rotating climbs to keep things exciting and just truly thoughtful perks. Coffee every weekend, membership nights with food and extra games, bagels once a month. Join the community!
I highly do not recommend going here. I have been a loyal member here for 3+ years and have watched it just go absolutely down the drain during that time. From extreme overcrowding, unaccompanied children running under people actively climbing, and untrained/uneducated climbers who make very easily fixable mistakes that can(and have) caused serious injuries; to the manager Brandon who has made every female presenting person I have brought so uncomfortable that they refuse to go back with me unless it's during the femmes & thems nights. And finally they have fired all staff but an extremely select few, who are the only thing keeping that place afloat, without warning or reasoning. Honestly CRG is a better deal with better equipment and cleaner facilities.
My family has had excellent experiences here. We've done a staff belay session and Lilibeth was so great to work with for myself, my husband, and our young children. We then took the intro to ropes course with Noah who was also awesome. All of the staff seem very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I'm brand new to climbing and haven't been to other gyms, but the atmosphere at RocVentures would be hard to beat. There are plenty of climbs to appeal to many skill levels. Will definitely be getting a membership.
We took the kids for their first rock climbing experience and they had a blast! I highly recommend booking a staff lesson if you're a first time climber to learn the ropes (no pun intended ha). We also got the day pass to play on the auto belays after, it's good value if you grab it with the lesson. It was a bit hot in the building but fans blowing everywhere kept it decent. We will definitely be back to learn how to belay which gives access to a ton more climbing opportunities.
Great environment for beginners to advanced climbers. Lots of staff to assist. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Had my kids 11th birthday party there. Great size and open space to watch the whole climbing room. It does need some renovation however. Dated furnature and looked like wall paper was pulled off the walls. Also had a few issues with communication during the booking process but overall great experience and everyone had a great time which is what counts.
