Rochester Civic Theatre runs a Summer Theatre Institute with one-week camps for students from 3rd grade up. Every registrant auditions and is cast, then works through the full creation of a play - blocking, character development, costume fittings, and technical rehearsals - culminating in a public performance on the theatre's main stage.
