Powered by GoogleWe went for a weekend volleyball tournament. It was a very nice facility. The restrooms could be larger and the seating better. The bleachers were very low and sparse. The concession stand had a lot to offer but pricey.
I was so excited to take my kids to open swim. Which I will give credit to the front desk the 3 that were up there so nice and friendly but while we were swimming seemed like every single thing the kids did they would be getting in trouble (not just our kids all kids around) .Then we did not want to use the family locker room that is for non-members. So we went to the other one. Once we were leaving I was approached by someone who said they were an employee and how I needed to use the other locker room. Im sorry but im not taking my 3 year old daughter into a locker room that when we walked into it to use there was a grown man in his boxers. I will not return after this. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was going to take my son there to get swim lessons but I will definitely go somewhere else
Absolutely terrible experience. 30 bucks for a family swim pass and the kids area is run down and kids cant even use the slide anymore. Whats the point? Also, you're forced to use a "gender nutral" locker room if you aren't a member. I guess I'm supposed to be ok walking my daughter near men undressing openly, which was happening. Would give 0 stars if I could. Ill never go back.
I hate gyms that open late on weekends, messes up my schedule, its like why would I want to spend hours of my day that I could be paying bills or enjoying myself waiting for a gym to open at 7 because it "the weekend". Never have and never will understand why places act like the weekend needs special treatment it literally just another day!!! OPEN YOUR DOORS!!.
Went to the Riverplex to change my membership to Silver Sneakers due to a change in my insurance. Met with Bel in Sales….awesome experience. Fast and easy. Bel is very pleasant and an asset to their staff. The Riverplex is a great gym. Offers everything I need and more. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love that they pay close attention to cleanliness and safety of members. Highly recommend!
