I would like to thank her for being so patient and nice. We also took a tour and it was very nice inside. The pool looked very clean and inviting. The gym had all new equipment. ★Graciela Castillo (Gracie)I would like to share my experience because it was mixed. Unfortunately, one staff member was rude and disrespectful toward me. I felt uncomfortable because of my accent, even though I am new and was only asking for information since it was my first time enrolling my daughter in swimming lessons. It is very unpleasant to receive this kind of treatment when you are simply seeking guidance and help. However, I would also like to highlight that another staff member was very kind and tried to help me patiently and respectfully. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but her attitude made a big difference. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve customer service, especially toward new families and people who are just looking for support.
★★★★★Jessica TurnbullWe planned a birthday party here in the gymnastics room and rock wall. Unfortunately the birthday girl got sick at her party and watched up top as the kids played. The other children had a wonderful time, they worked with us and adjusted the time to play so she could open her presents and sit out before the kids played and we could sing Happy Birthday. Heidi went above and beyond and sent us back a $75 credit without us even asking. I really appreciate them and will book her again.
