I cannot say enough great things about this daycare. My daughter has been attending since July 2025, and from day one the teachers have been incredibly attentive and caring. I was nervous at first because she typically didn’t like going to other adults, but the staff truly listened to my concerns and gave her extra love during those first few weeks. Now she loves all her teachers and no longer cries at drop-off — which has been such a relief. The camera system is also a huge plus — it’s easy to use and helps me feel connected throughout the day. Anytime I’ve had a concern, it’s been addressed promptly and professionally. For example, I check Procare regularly to see what my daughter eats and how much. There was a short period where a substitute wasn’t entering the information, but after I spoke with Jessica, it was handled immediately, and I haven’t had an issue since. Even though I live just minutes from other daycares, I happily drive 15 minutes every day because of the trust and comfort I feel here. As a bonus, my older daughter — who only comes with me for pickup — has built her own little relationship with the teachers. They know her name and even keep up with what she’s involved in, which says a lot about how genuine and thoughtful this team is. I’m so grateful to have found this place. Highly recommend!

I pulled my baby from this daycare after just one month. I would never recommend to a parent. Now to make it very clear I think the teachers in her room and all who helped out were great. It was more the communication from the director or directors or lack there of directors. I honestly feel bad for the teachers not having good management over them. I tried to send an email of a few concerns, very normal items just about how and when I want my baby to eat and sleep and what activities happen during the day and I NEVER got a response from anyone. There is one specific named Arielle that needs to learn just normal management skills. She wouldn't even look at me when I walked in. There was a time even after the email that I got no response from her she walked in my babies room right next to me and just ignored me. 80% of the time you would walk in you wouldn't even find a director. I did not feel comfortable leaving my child in a center that the management didn't even care nor have basic communication skills with the parents. Even when I went in to tell them when my child's last day was, I had to just tell her teachers because once again no director was to be found. And honestly I think it's crazy because I have fully pulled my child yet still fully have access to cameras and still get "emails" about when the center is closed and I'm sure the code they give you is the same code to all parents. *update while writing this, my husband stopped in to make sure we were not going to be charged since she was pulled, there was an assistant director that my husband said he never met before said they had no idea she was pulled. This place is a joke. If you care about your child you wouldn't think about going there. But Maybe if there was better directors at this center it would have been better. For the money you spend you would think the directors would make you feel secure.

My child has been going to this Kids R Kids since he was 3 months old. Since the day he started there we felt comfortable leaving him in their care and he was always happy to go. He now uses it for camp and after care and still really enjoys it. He loves all of the teachers but has really enjoyed his time with Ms. Leslie. I would highly recommend this location.

Pleasant staff. My child enjoys coming to school, makes me comfortable when I drop off my child that she is safe and cared for. Thank you especially to Mr Jason. He helps out a lot child doesn’t feel up to staying on the mornings, he goes out of his was to help her get a little more comfortable so that it’s easier for me to leave her without her feeling I am abandoning her. Thank you so much. Ms Helen is also very welcoming and pleasant every time I come through the door, makes my day start off with a smile! Thank you!

My kids have been going to Kids R Kids West Chester for over 4 years now and we love it! The staff takes such good care of our kids. They are helpful, caring, and great with littles and big kids alike. Nobody beats Ms. Helen Blankenship at cuddling with toddlers, NOBODY. I couldn't recommend this facility more!
