River City Community Sailing is a nonprofit foundation in Elizabeth City whose seminal program is a youth summer sailing camp on the Pasquotank River, built around US Sailing's REACH educational curriculum. Camp sessions meet afternoons from 2 to 5 p.m. to catch the afternoon breeze, teaching sailing, water safety, teamwork and community service. The foundation also offers private and semi-private sailing lessons and rowing.
