★Raegan Whited***Edited to add that NOBODY has reached out to me regarding my concerns like the response states. No missed calls, no voicemails, no emails, NOTHING.*** Most of the teachers are wonderful, but the supervisor and director are a joke. I have been requesting a behavior plan to help my ADHD kid for over a month and have been told twice now that it’s being worked on only to find out absolutely nothing is completed and it’s been over a month. I filed a complaint against Angel(supervisor) with Amy (director) because Angel took it upon herself to grab my son by the hood of his jacket and yank him backwards, which per Amy, is against Right at School policy. I filed a complaint, but when I followed up on the complaint I was told they weren’t allowed to look at the cameras and so there was nothing they could do, even though Angel openly admitted to putting her hands on my son, NOTHING was done. Amy has done nothing to help with behavioral accommodations and did not even look into an incident where her employee was accused of (and admitted to) putting her hands on a child. The excuse I kept getting was how many buildings they run and how it’s so much to keep up with. If you’re unable to provide quality care because you’re short staffed then you need to quit taking on new people. The whole world is short staffed and this behavior is unacceptable.
