Rock Island Parks & Recreation preschool summer camp at the Rock Island Fitness & Activity Center (RIFAC), running half-day mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for young children, with extended care available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Intercession programs are also offered during school breaks. Municipal, open-enrollment program; older kids are served by RIFAC's separate adventure and outdoor-survival day camps.
