The Richmond Police Athletic League (PAL) runs an eight-week summer camp providing city youth a safe environment with a wide variety of sports and recreational activities. The camp serves children roughly ages 6 to 13 and combines athletics with mentorship. It is a nonprofit program run in partnership with local police.
