I contacted the tennis club to arrange private lessons for my daughter. It took weeks to receive a return phone call, and by that point, I had almost forgotten about it. Eventually, I scheduled a private lesson. On the day of the lesson, there was no prior notification that the clubhouse lacked air conditioning. It must have been easily 95 degrees, and the children from the clinic were visibly overheated. Dan was delayed in finishing his clinic, so he started my daughter's lesson about ten or more minutes late because he was also helping people at the front desk. I was then surprised when he ended the lesson before the top of the hour. This was frustrating, as I had paid for a full hour of instruction. While we were at the desk, an older gentleman who works at the club was incredibly rude to my daughter, essentially yelling at her to move. We then planned lessons for the following week, which were confirmed entirely via text message. We adjusted our work schedules to ensure she could be there on time. Upon our arrival, Dan was already working with another student and stated that no lesson had been confirmed. I immediately sent him a screenshot of the text messages, clearly showing that we had indeed confirmed the lesson and planned it all in writing a week prior. I found his response, which was simply "sorry I messed up the schedule," incredibly rude and unprofessional. There was no suggestion of a discount on a future lesson quite frankly for ending the entire lesson before a full hour or having us completely go out of our way and take time out of work for this lesson. The overall attitude felt as though we were being granted a favor by even coming to this dilapidated tennis club. In short, if you're looking for a tennis club in an old building with no air conditioning, where it's sweltering hot, with incredibly rude staff and disorganized tennis professionals, this is the place for you. Apparently, the only schedule that matters is theirs.

Horribly expensive now. Tried to reserve and now they have a new policy where you can’t reserve more than 24 hours in advance? A terrible policy and half the workers don’t even care. Their website doesn’t work (has been down for maintenance for over a year). Honestly don’t come here, find a new place to play.

I will never return to this facility again. The two people at the desk were rude. Rest assured that the customer is always right does not exist here. I know I’m old school but after 46 years as a nurse that would not be acceptable. To quote her“ we do not need people like you here“. The instructor Dan was wonderful.

This is my home tennis club where I currently play on average three (3) times a week. One of the "Cons" against the club is the lighting there; it's dark in spots. Another universal "Con" suffered by all indoor Tennis Clubs is the Heating & Air-conditioning system; hot in the summer, cold in the winter.
