Church-run enrichment day camp for children in grades K-7, offered since 2008 by Refuge Church for both traditional-school students and homeschoolers. Days include on-site field trips, group games, arts and crafts, sports, and water play; single days cost $55 with lunch, and summer camp requires a minimum of two days per week. Staff undergo DOJ background checks. Located at 486 Button Ave, Manteca.

I asked if she would be in to going to summer camp the answer was immediately…”NO NO NO” I asked if she would be in to doing a tour and make a decision from there. After our tour and immediately when we got back to the car she said “please sign me up”. From the first day on she was hooked, the environment created at Refuge is beyond anything we’ve experienced. My only regret is we didn’t find this camp years ago. We will be back next year and fall/spring break if offered. Thank you to Ms. Lisa, Ms. Trina, the youth leader David, you made my daughter’s summer so memorable.

They absolutely loved the staff, the activities and all this camp has to offer. I felt very safe leaving my children here. The campus is very secure and a passcode which is personal to each camper to open the locked gate. The staff was very loving and took amazing care of our kids. We will be back every summer! Water days, on campus field trips and so many fun surprises. Great for a wide range of ages!
