Great overall gym for the cost and I can’t think of a better gym in the area. A ton of equipment and the staff is the best!! I will say the gym has lost its way a bit. The workout rooms have become noticeably more crowded and have turned into a rodeo. Lots of kids running around, STM legends going in groups, and meatheads clogging the walking spaces. Only way to avoid this is to go very early or very late.

We joined this fitness center a few months ago after wanting a healthier routine, and it’s honestly been one of the better decisions we’ve made recently. The gym stays clean, equipment is well-maintained, and there’s enough variety that workouts never feel repetitive. Compared to larger overcrowded gyms we’ve visited before, this place feels much more welcoming and less intimidating for beginners. The staff is approachable and willing to help when questions come up, but they never make the environment feel pushy or overly sales-focused. It’s become a comfortable and motivating place for us to stay consistent with our workouts.

If you go to this place make sure to lock your belongings up, theft has been going on for years and they do nothing about it. Luckily for me it was just a vape that was stolen but my grandmother and aunt have been going for years and they have had things stolen as well multiple times. Especially if you are on the basketball court do not leave your stuff on the benches. You’d think they would have cameras in a place this nice.

There is no GYM like Red's! Yes, it is a big gym; which means you dont have to wait for machines to open up and if you want to you can go MIA while working out. I miss seeing Mr. Red's on the grounds, but the place continues to be the best in town and among the best gyms in the country.
