I rented a room for a Christmas party and I had called multiple times and spoke to the staff to see if I could get some chairs removed because I didn’t need as many as the room came with. The day of the party we arrived , The staff was pleasant. The gentleman got my drivers license verified. It was me , Didn’t go over anything didn’t tell us we were not allowed to rearrange the tables that were in the room. I move some tables around. I had a guest that was in a wheelchair and needed space in between the tables along with a 8 1/2 month pregnant woman, so we widened The rose the way they had the tables organized. I thought nothing of it. I wasn’t destroying property. We weren’t making a mess.. I went to the front desk asked if I could get another table and was informed no and I understood that. I was then told I could bring a table in of my own like a card table if I needed. The front desk gentleman came into the room multiple times seen that I had moved the tables around, which I didn’t think was no big deal. We had to be out by eight. I made sure we were out by seven, we cleaned the room before we left. to come home to the next day to get a letter from the staff saying I lost my deposit because I moved around tables. It was very disheartening being that the staff had come into the room multiple times for the evening I had called and asked did I could I move the tables prior to me coming into the room and no one at no point ever told me no you were not allowed to rearrange the tables now keep in mind. I even called to see if they could take chairs out of the room that I didn’t need that many and at no point was I ever informed I wasn’t allowed to rearrange the tables. Their tables are on wheels. Very simple to move around. There were only five tables. It is not like we rearranged an entire wedding hall. To lose your security deposit over something so simple that would literally take staff less than three minutes to move three tables back into spot disheartening is to say the least the saddest thing is I’ve ever had no problem to rearrange it. I thought nothing of it we had stacked the Chairs and a neat stack up against the wall thought we were being courteous to lose my security deposit. I will tell you I have rented many halls and never seen anything like this before. A very, very sad saddest is when I filled out the paperwork I was never informed that I called their multiple times with multiple questions was never informed that.

So happy that I found this place! My child has already been to one indoor play session and she loved it. Wasn’t very many kids but I heard it gets more packed during th colder weather. Not sure if they stick to the age limit policy because there were a couple bigger kids but once again I love the offerings they have, I signed up for a class and hoping to take a trip or two!
