We hosted my daughter's fourth birthday party at Radiant Gymnastics and it was amazing! The communication was great from the time we booked through the entire party. We really enjoyed our coaches- they made the party so fun and interactive and lent a helping hand whenever we needed.

We’ve been with Radiant for quite some time, and while we recently had an issue, I think it’s important to share how it was handled. There was a billing error where our account was accidentally charged, and at the time it was frustrating, especially due to the lack of initial communication. However, what really stood out was how quickly ownership was taken once management became aware. They reached out directly, explained what happened, corrected the issue, and went above and beyond to make it right. In a time where customer service often feels like a thing of the past, accountability like this deserves to be recognized. It’s easy for a company to ignore problems, but much harder and more meaningful to step up, take responsibility, and genuinely care about their customers’ experience. We truly appreciate the effort, the communication, and the accommodations they made moving forward. Radiant has always provided a great environment, and this situation ultimately reinforced that they do value their families. Our family enjoys being here, and we’re happy to continue being part of the Radiant community.

My son took toddler dance classes here several years ago. He had a fantastic teacher. I remember the staff being nice, and the facility being clean and modern, maybe also a bit impersonal and sterile, no sort of decorations or pictures to be seen anywhere, at least not then. I was just looking up classes again for him and remembered that I forgot to write a negative review of this place. Unfortunately the owner does not know how to handle customer service. What a nice facility they made and seemed to have hired nice staff and great teachers. A shame the owner does not know how to communicate respectfully. We had paid at the front desk for our first several months with no issue, until I unexpectedly got an email from the owner about it being 'REQUIRED' in caps to have autopay set up and how I was not supposed to be paying in person at the front desk. No front desk person ever informed me of this, nor was it kindly written in an email such as "apologies for any confusion, but autopay is our standard". When I responded to the email that I had never been told to set up autopay before, the owner responded that they were sorry that I 'feel misinformed' and that it is "written all over the website". What a rude and backhanded way to talk to a patron. I did not feel welcome at the facility after being talked down to by the owner. Maybe the owner should communicate more clearly with their kind staff. Or if there is any confusion, they should at least reach out to a patron gently and respectfully, not speaking down to them like an annoyance. I am aware some of the staff are not at all respected by the owner either. What a shame. My son really enjoyed his class and teacher at the time.

Unfortunately this place is not reaching its potential. We were here when it opened, day 1, first kiddo. The place was clean, coaches were enthusiastic, owner was always around with a smile. Several months later, the owner disappeared, the place stopped being cleaned with any regularity, the coaches started changing every single week. Classes grew. Kids would go one at a time, spending a majority of the class standing around waiting. The feces all over the toilet in the women’s bathroom was the last straw for me. It was DRIED. It was obvious they were not checking on the facility. The adults also disappeared. I'm all for teens having jobs but there was no one with any authority present. We moved to Gymnastics World and while it's a 30 minute drive versus a 5 minute drive, it's well worth it.
