We can't say a single negative thing about Puzzles! We moved from out of state last year and were nervous about finding good childcare/preschool for our 4 and 2 year olds. Puzzles has become a second home to them and I'm so thankful we found a place that cares for our kids like they were their own. My kids have thrived in their first year here and it's been amazing to see them grow.

We absolutely love Puzzles! We have our two year old here and our 7 month old. We started with a different daycare in Jtown and had a horrible experience. We moved our kids here in July and have loved it ever since. All of the teachers and staff are amazing, but we especially love MS Jen and Ms Sarah in the infant room and Ms Jill in our son’s two year old room. I know when I drop my kids off here everyday they are well taken care of, safe and loved.

Puzzles Academy has amazing staff who care about children & truly want them to grow and thrive. We had teachers who treated our children like family and would do anything for them. The genuine bond my children formed with many of their teachers was invaluable. Both of my children were potty trained, learned their letters, numbers and so many other kindergarten readiness skills from their Puzzles instruction. The benefit of play based learning was icing on the cake.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this daycare. Ms. Jodi is a training manager and we were lucky enough to have her working in my child's classroom at the time. From the very first day, she made my child feel welcome, safe, and loved — and as a parent, that peace of mind means everything. Ms. Jodi truly went above and beyond every single day. She’s patient, nurturing, and always has such creative ways to make learning fun. My child comes home excited to tell me about what they learned, the songs they sang, and all the new things they discovered. It’s so clear how much time, care, and heart she put into her classroom. The entire daycare team is wonderful — the environment is clean, structured, and full of warmth — but Ms. Jodi stands out as someone who genuinely cares for each child as if they were her own. I’m so grateful for the positive impact she’s had on my child’s early learning and confidence. Best Daycare we have been to so far! They are constantly re-investing in there facility, new trike/scooter track, new bounce house, new scarf launcher, new light up dance floor, new rocket launchers. That is all the new stuff on top of all of the amazing things they already have. Its all about the kids! They have a hugeeee indoor play space and have lots of age appropriate spaces for all the kids. The other "small" things I notice as a parent: New bathroom because they expanded and needed more, painted interior walls, updated the outside with new logos and window decals, new vacuum cleaners, new washer and dryer, and the list goes onnnnnnn. This is the stuff that other facilities let slip. Its so important to keep things fresh and replace things when they dont work and unfortunately other places would rather just keep the money in their pocket. Not Puzzles. The teachers are great, there are always extra hands around to help where help is needed and the management/front office is A+. My kids are always excited to go and its so fun to hear about their days when they come home :). Photos attached are of the indoor place space.
