I’ve been training at Pro Club Bellevue for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best facilities around. The gym is well-maintained and exceptionally clean, which makes a huge difference in the overall workout experience. I also really appreciate the extensive working hours, as it makes it easy to stick to a consistent training schedule. The only minor downside is that the recovery section closes 30 minutes before the rest of the gym. It’s a bit of a bummer since that’s exactly when you're finishing up a session and really want to utilize those amenities to wind down before heading home. Other than that, it’s a fantastic place to train. Highly recommended!

It's insane that yous hired some people to design it this way. The pavilion has changed from poorly maintained to outright dangerous now. The fences are place right where it's most convenient for players to crash into it let alone its sharp wires and zip ties. It's so low that it cannot stop a bouncing basketball into the beloved pickleball areas, defeating it's purpose, but tall enough to hit you to snap a joint if you try to play like normal, basket or pickle alike. The nice gentlemen perfecting their dinks are so concerned that they all crumbled to the corner court. Looks like even with a heart of a pickle you know gravity does not discriminate. Get ready to be sued when someone endures a career ending injury from this stupid idea.

The Ultimate Premium Paradise (If You Hold a Paddle) Bay Club finally understands what true premium athletic leisure looks like. The moment I stepped onto the courts, I knew this place catered to an elite demographic. Management realized that the old, echoing basketball courts were an incredibly inefficient use of space. They brilliantly rolled out a glorious, acoustic-deadening vinyl surface right over that outdated hardwood. It’s absolutely perfect. Endless courts, endless tournaments, endless precision. We don't need to run back and forth for 94 feet; we dominate with pure finesse and strategy from a neat 10-foot box. To the hoop enthusiasts still lingering around the facility: it’s time to embrace the modern era. The heavy-footed, noisy game of the past simply doesn’t match the refined country-club atmosphere the management is cultivating here. The club has clearly spoken on which demographic they value most, prioritizing premium racquet sports over outdated pickup games. I hear some people complaining about the monochrome aesthetic in the weight rooms or changes to the facility, but honestly, I'm too focused on perfecting my dink to notice. Thank you to the management for prioritizing the premier sport of the future and realizing what your top-tier members actually want. Keep the vinyl coming! See you in the kitchen.

I have been a member of PRO Club Bellevue for more than 10 years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. After showering at the club, my locker would not open and I had no clothes. I called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I also walked around trying to find a staff member but could not find anyone available to help. I eventually had to call the emergency line just to get assistance. What made the situation worse was the customer service afterward. There was no apology, no empathy, and no sense of urgency from the staff. When I asked for a manager’s contact information, the front desk employee even rolled her eyes and showed a very disrespectful attitude. I sent a formal complaint to management about this incident, but over a week later I still have received no response at all. For a club with such high membership fees and reputation, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and response from management is very disappointing.
