This was our first time doing day care and all the teachers and staff are incredibly patient and professional. In the infants classroom, the teachers Amber, Liz, and Elizabeth are everything you’d want in someone you are trusting with the most important thing in your life- they are competent, kind, knowledgeable, and did I mention patient earlier?! I’m talking about with new parents, not the kids— we had quite a few hiccups the first week there in the transition over (on my side, through no fault of Primerose) and the three teachers were unbelievably gracious and helpful with us. I see photos and updates of my child throughout the day through the app and every time we pick her up she always seems incredibly happy. I would highly highly recommend this place!
