Phenomenal care and I would pay even more!! I've had my 3yo and 1yo here since both were babies. The director, every teacher, and the staff and chef all treat us like family. The teachers are kind, loving and supportive. I have a forceful, loud and fearless 3yo who never sits and never sleeps and her teachers through the years have been so supportive and kind helping her develop and grow, helping me understand how to get her through the tough times and celebrating her when she has personal milestones. The preschool classrooms are run like high caliber school rooms and have given my daughter so many learning and developmental advantages over other daycares. I've always been so impressed by how much they are able to teach her. Most of the teachers she's had since infancy are still there and are still cheering her on. The infant teachers are equally amazing, so attentive and affectionate and expertly skilled at their jobs. The teachers and staff here have worked with us on so many things including late stage potty training difficulties, health and behavioral concerns and a long, difficult process to determine a food allergy. They absolutely do work with you and I trust them implicitly. This facility is always exceptionally clean, the teachers are very knowledgeable and are diligent about following protocol, the teacher-to-child ratio is the best you'll find anywhere and every day I'm so grateful to have such a safe and loving place to watch over my kids while I work. I would never take my kids anywhere else!! I wish I could post the pics I get from the school every day (privacy concerns of course). My girls are so happy and learning and growing so much here!

We have been extremely happy with our experience at Primrose Midtown. It is not easy to pick a daycare - but this school has exceeded my expectations. The leadership and teachers are incredibly caring and attentive. Our child has some extra health needs which made me very nervous - however the entire team at Primrose made us feel very reassured and comfortable. It is evident that they take their jobs very seriously and that they are passionate about caring for children. Our child absolutely loves going to school. I HIGHLY recommend Primrose Midtown if you are looking for your care for your child. It is worth every penny!!

If you truly love your children i would not bring them here. Alot of things happen behind the scenes that you will never see or hear about. After having our child there, he will never be in a daycare again. There has been countless issues, for example a lady working there literally being forgetful to the point to where she is forgetting who gets what bottle is very dangerous. She got removed as a main teacher but is still allowed to fill in. A couple of other teachers will literally talk to your babies like they are grown adults for not eating their bottle. I personally had a concern where I let them know it was too cold for my son one morning to be outside considering I work outside. I was let know that they follow a chart. Um excuse me screw your pathetic chart im outside if im cold I know my 7 month old son that barley crawls is miserable and if me a parent says dont do it then screw your chart lol. No means no. A very large amount of concerns we have had has been completely disregarded. They literally dont care about these babies or employees whatsoever. I've never seen such a money hungry company in my life.

Like other 1-star reviews here, we were very happy with Primrose -until we weren't. The staff, communication, cleanliness and photo updates throughout the day were all great. Everything changed when the owner, Lauren put a target on our backs. Over the coarse of several conversations over several weeks, she grew increasingly aggressive, disrespectful, and unprofessional towards my wife and me. I have NEVER had someone talk to us or treat us the way that she did as a customer. After being forced to find another daycare less than a week before the new school year, we started meeting other Primrose refugees that have had similar encounters. Worse than the level of disrespect was that she continued to move the goal line on us as we made efforts to meet her "requirements" which we have since learned aren't required in other daycare facilities. I have nothing but positive things to say about Primrose overall but I cannot advise anyone to attend the Downtown or Midtown locations simply due to the owner. My review is not in disagreement with her policies themselves, but is specifically in reference to her treatment towards us as customers and her complete lack of professionalism. This is exactly what has been echoed from other parents as well as other directors locally.

For all of you Mom's out there looking for daycare for your child-I would highly recommend that you do not consider placing your child here. We had our little girl here for a year and it started off really well-we were impressed with the teachers and felt like she was well taken care of. It was not until close to the end of the school year when the owner (Lauren) started to get involved with some things that were already set up and approved for our daughter at the beginning of the school year. Once she got involved, my Husband and I felt that we had targets on our back and where blown away with the way we were treated by Lauren. To say it was unprofessional is an understatement, it was so bad I was sick to my stomach thinking that my child was in her "care" with the growing fear that she was going to take her anger that she had on us out on our daughter. She decided to take matters into her own hands and we received an email on a Tuesday informing us that Friday of that week would be her last day of care and kicked us out of the program, leaving me with three days to find a new daycare at the beginning of the school year. The reality is, Primrose might market themselves as a "caring and supportive" daycare but they are the opposite. They have a long waitlist and the reality is, if you raise concern or attempt to advocate for your child, Lauren will get fed up with you and kick you out of the program with little notice, just like she did with us.
