Powered by GoogleAll of our children have attended Primrose from infancy through Pre-K, and we’ve had such a wonderful experience throughout the years. They do an excellent job of balancing learning and play in a way that keeps the kids engaged, happy, and excited to go each day. Our children have always been happy at pickup, which has given us so much peace of mind as parents. The communication from the staff is excellent, and everyone is consistently warm, welcoming, and friendly. Over the years, our kids built meaningful relationships with their teachers, and it was especially comforting to see familiar teachers remain at Primrose throughout all of our children’s time there. Most importantly, we have always felt that our children were safe, loved, and genuinely cared for at Primrose. Our youngest will be leaving Primrose soon, and it will be bittersweet to say goodbye. We are so grateful for the care, support, and positive experiences they’ve given our children over the years.
We have had a wonderful experience with this daycare program. The staff is incredibly welcoming, caring, and attentive, and they truly take the time to understand each child as an individual. They plan fun activities and events throughout the year that give parents a chance to get to know one another and really feel connected to the school community. One thing we especially appreciate is how well they keep parents informed throughout the day and about each child’s progress and activities. Communication is excellent, which gives us peace of mind. It’s clear that the teachers genuinely care about the children and work hard to make them feel safe, happy, and engaged every day.
We’ve had a good experience with this daycare. My eldest attended for 3 years, and my youngest is currently in their second year here. All the teachers are caring and attentive, and the kids feel comfortable and settled. Potty training was smooth, and a special mention to Mrs Bre for her support. We did not have to do much extra at home. The food menu is healthy and well planned. Thanks to Mr Ron for preparing it. It helps reduce the need for additional meal prep at home. The administration team is approachable and responsive, and they take time to address questions. Overall, we are happy with the care and would recommend it to other parents.
We absolutely love Primrose school of Cool Springs! One of the things that stands out the most is the consistency of the teachers. It truly makes such a difference for the children to have familiar, caring faces every day, and you can see how much the staff genuinely invest in the kids. Our daughter is in the kindergarten program, and we couldn’t be happier with her experience. The program is well-structured, engaging, and has really helped her grow both academically and socially. Ms. Shanice is beyond amazing! She is patient, nurturing, and incredibly dedicated. Thanks to her support and teaching, our daughter is already reading, which we are so proud of. It’s clear that Ms. Shanice goes above and beyond to help each child succeed. We are so grateful to be part of such a wonderful school community!
Primrose has passionate and talented educators, many of whom have been there for a long time. You can tell they love their work and the children they teach and care for. We have great relationships with the school’s leadership, and several leaders have children inside the school. Our kids are growing up with the same set of students, forming lasting relationships and connecting us with families who have become some of our best friends. It is such a happy and caring community. We’re grateful!
