Cat is chalk-full of wilderness survival know-how and she is great with our children! So far she has taught our kids things like: tracking, edible local plants, fire building, knife safety, throwing stick technique, atlatl throwing, shelter building, to name just a few of the life saving strategies she has taught through experiential education and she has yet to cancel a class due to inclement weather. In other words, our children are taught to safely deal with whatever the elements throw at them!! We couldn't be more grateful.

I can't say enough good things about this program and Ms Cat! I am amazed weekly at how much my boys learn and do. Ms Cat is excellent at meeting each child where they are at and working with them on their own personal level. Ms Cat not only puts in much effort to structure an educational program each week, but she also allows for the children to have the freedom to explore and lead their own learning experience as well. My children have learned so much about not only Science, nature, and Wilderness skills; but more importantly about how to be good stewards of the land. We look foward to this program every week and we can't wait for the spring program to begin.
