★★★★★RayAt one time a few years ago I was affeard that Prestwick was going to shut down operations. Along came a bright, personable and well-founded-in-business couple Lori & Jimmy Mendieta. I've belonged to 4 tennis clubs in my playing days [since 1983]; the last club I belonged to in Md was very good; Prestwick, under the stewardship of the Mendieta's, is even better. The consistency of: the front-desk support, the excellent condition of the clay courts, the varied skills of the pros, the accommodation of court scheduling during peak times, et al is the highest quality of client support ... all which has provided me a most relaxing but invigorating sport to participate in ... year round.
★★★★★Ray McBrideI've played at several clubs in the Myrtle Beach area & settled in at Prestwick about 18 months ago. They have a Men's senior mixer 3 days a week & the Ladies have one also. It's family owed & operated & the results from their Jr. Academy are 2nd to none. The clay courts are well maintained & groomed for play daily. I don't think you'll find a better atmosphere for enjoyable tennis than Prestwick.
