Absolutely terrible venue design. The seating is so unbelievably cramped that full-grown adults can barely fit in the chairs. If you’re anywhere near 6 feet tall, forget about having any legroom at all. Your knees are jammed into the seat in front of you the entire time. This place clearly prioritized cramming in as many seats as possible over the basic comfort of the people actually paying to be here. It honestly feels like the seating was designed for middle schoolers, not adults. To make it worse, several people around us have already given up and left because they literally could not fit in the seats comfortably. That’s how bad it is. Considering the outrageous price of these tickets, this setup is completely unacceptable. When you charge this much money for a show, the absolute bare minimum expectation is that adults can sit in the seats without being physically miserable. This is one of the worst seating layouts I’ve ever experienced at a venue. Unless you enjoy being packed into a chair with no space to move for hours, I would seriously think twice before spending your money here.

What a beautiful venue and the cast of Willie Wonka was so talented! Such a delightful performance! Well done!

An old school auditorium now used for local plays and entertainment. Adequate parking. Seats are smaller not easy for tall folks. Get a seat on the isle if you attend there.

Mexico has managed, under the brilliant direction of Lois Brace, to modernize and enhance this charming architectural diamond without losing any off its original nostalgic charm. This performing arts center offers a wide variety of opportunities too the community, including live theater for all ages, theater camp for children and teens, music lessons, writing workshops, dance classes, poetry contests, movie screenings, and most importantly, an opportunity for the community to work together, regardless of socioeconomic background, and put on a stellar performance for one another. Bravo! And many years to come!
