Our 2-year-old son has been at Prescolaire for six months now. The director, Ashley, greets each child by name when they enter and leave the building. I find it so special that she takes the time to remember every single kid. She has been incredibly welcoming and has happily answered all of our questions along the way. My son’s teachers in the toddler room, Bihanka and Kim, have been exceptional. They are both wonderful, clearly care for each child, and always take the time to chat with me and my spouse about how he’s doing. They answer all of our questions with patience and grace, which we especially appreciate since he spent his first 18 months being cared for by family before starting at the learning center. Our son warmed up to them quickly and clearly enjoys his time spent with them each day. Both teachers also let us know ahead of time when they’ll be out, and we deeply appreciate that communication. Maigen at the front desk keeps us in the loop daily on his activities and is always open, welcoming, and warm. She’s happy to check in on him as many times as we’d like and never makes us feel like we’re asking too much. Communication regarding safety is also excellent; the front office calls us anytime he has a minor fall or bump, and Bihanka and Kim thoroughly explain the incidents to us at pickup. We’re so grateful for how smooth the transition was from family care to the care Prescolaire provides. Our son has not only grown and progressed so much over these past six months, but he has truly thrived in the classroom setting. I give most if not all the credit to Bihanka and Kim for providing such a safe, nurturing space for him.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to leave a review to recognize Abby for the wonderful experience I had during the enrollment process at Peescolaire. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and she took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. One of the things that really impressed me about Peescolaire is their affordable and flexible summer drop-in program. As a parent, it is reassuring to know there is an option that allows families flexibility without requiring a long-term commitment. Although I am not able to enroll my son at this time due to personal circumstances, Abby made such a positive impression on me that I wanted to make sure her excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. She was professional, compassionate, and genuinely interested in helping our family find the best fit. I would highly recommend reaching out to Peescolaire if you are looking for a welcoming, family-focused program. Thank you, Abby, for your kindness, patience, and dedication to helping parents navigate their options. One small thing: before posting, I’d double-check the spelling of the business name. Both of my daughters have been attending since they were in the infant room. (They’re 6 & 4 now), the teachers and directors have always had amazing communication. They love my girls and my girls love them. They have an incredible pre k program and a fantastic before and after school program.

The bad reviews are correct. My child came home on his first day with scratches, then a black eye, and I was never notified, I had to call them. That same day, they called saying that he took off running and ran into the door and bruised his face. TOO MANY INCIDENTS for a child that was only there 1 month. I pulled him out immediately. LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING. Protect you children, especially when they are not able to communicate clearly, and go somewhere else.

We absolutely LOVE Préscolaire and couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives here. From day one, the staff has been warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in our son’s growth and happiness. It’s clear how much they truly care—not just about safety and learning, but about building strong, loving relationships with the kids. As a teacher myself, this is extremely important to me. Our son is SO excited to go each day, and seeing how comfortable, confident, and happy he is means everything to us as parents. The communication is excellent, the environment is clean and nurturing, and the activities are thoughtful and engaging. Ms. Ashley and Ms. Heather at the front are AMAZING and always make sure everything runs smoothly. Ms. Karla, Ms. Maria and Ms. Swapna are the best teachers, too! My son truly loves them like family. We feel incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful place and are constantly recommending this daycare to friends and co-workers.
