Pratt Munson College of Art and Design, formerly PrattMWP, is a two-year college program in Utica founded in 1999 by Pratt Institute and Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute, where students complete the first two years of a Pratt BFA before relocating to Pratt's Brooklyn campus. It is a post-secondary college, not a children's camp. Youth art at the same Utica campus is run separately by Munson Community Arts, which offers summer studio classes taught by professional artists in studios shared with the college: Art Explorations I (ages 4-5), Art Explorations II (ages 6-8), Young Artists (ages 9-12) and Teen (ages 13-17). Those kids' classes run six sessions each rather than as a camp week, and need-based scholarships are available for one class per student per semester.
