Power Swing Sportsplex at 4934 Golden Quail in San Antonio is a batting-cage facility with 11 indoor tunnels and 20 automatic outdoor pitching machines (10 baseball, 10 softball) plus a cricket cage that throws real cricket balls, with bat and helmet rentals available. Speeds range from 20 to 70 mph for baseball and slowpitch through 60 mph for softball, serving hitters of all ages and skill levels. Its only instructional offering is a Sunday clinic of about an hour and a half for $20; no summer camp program is published.

Next time they rented a cage and got some good practice in. The look of the place may be a little dated, but everything works as it should and we did not have any issues. Great value for everything. If machines got stuck or empty they gave you a token for your trouble fixed things quickly! My kids got way more time batting than the previous place and I spent less for more, I could see the improvement by the time we left versus the other place where my kids just got frustrated and wanted to leave. By time we left here they acted like I took them to the park to play and had a great time! Definitely coming back!
