Powell Avenue Recreation Center is a City of Monroe community center that hosts a youth summer camp for ages 5 to 12, running June into July, Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 3:00pm. Campers enjoy games, sports, arts and crafts, reading activities and field trips.
