Payne Meadows provides a cozy atmosphere for those who want to feel the country of western North Carolina. We have used this venue for our daughters sweet 16 birthday, a place for our high school soccer team to have a banquet, as well as for our photography business. This summer we attended their U-Pick flower event. The flowers are gorgeous and for a small fee they provide clippers and a vase or cup to hold your flowers. We were able to capture the most beautiful pictures of our daughter and enjoy the arrangements for a while. We will always use Payne Meadows for our events and to attend the U-Pick events.

I love to see flowers growing and I love to cut and arrange flowers. One morning my husband, who has known the Payne family for many years, said we should support the family and go to Payne’s Meadows to take advantage of their UPick flowers. The whole experience was wonderful. Robert met us almost as soon as we parked and ushered us to the barn for scissors and a container. I had such fun walking through a variety of flowers and choosing just the ones that I wanted for a floral arrangement. Payne Meadows has done a wonderful job with wedding venues and the UPick flowers just add another layer to the experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Payne Meadows for U-Pick. The flowers were stunning , and the grounds are beautiful as well. The bees and butterflies were also enjoying the flowers. An added bonus we were given ice cold lemonade after our time in the patch. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return this year!

We are so glad we chose Payne Meadows as our wedding venue! Great size for what we wanted and a very pretty setting. Overall, it is one of the best values around. The house on-site was great for getting ready and also for housing some of our bridal party for the weekend. Robert was very helpful in answering questions we had and also being there for the day of. Even on one of the hottest days in July, it wasn’t miserable by any means. A lot of the property was in the shade by 6pm so it was perfect! Would highly recommend this venue!
