The Police Athletic League of Jacksonville (JaxPAL) is a 501(c)(3) youth nonprofit that runs a six-week summer camp at four community-based sites for children in kindergarten through eighth grade, with STEAM activities, field trips, law enforcement demonstrations, team building and recreational sports; transportation is available at some sites. Its centers include 441 Day Avenue and 1304 West Palm Avenue in Jacksonville. The organization exists to build positive relationships between officers and local youth through education, athletics, outreach and teen leadership.
