★★★★Jamie Kiser-HastyI would love to give Plex 5 starts bc all of the staff are very friendly. My daughter attended over summer and spring break and she had a good time. The only reason I deducted a star is bc of the lack of organization. They made a fair attempt at the start of camp. We got pictures in the APP and a schedule of things they planned to do. They kept to some of the schedule like water days. However eventually the ages that could go changed, the dates they were going changed, etc. My biggest frustration came when they said my parents (who are older) could chaperone a field trip. I told them what time to be there and they showed up 3 hours late. I should say they arrived 2 hours late but decided to have lunch before entering at a near bye park. Instead of asking my parents to join they waited an additional hour. My parents are nice people and wanted to see their granddaughter so they acted like it didnt bother them but it bothered me because thats a long time for them to sit out front and wait. Also they uploaded the pics in the apps on the first week or 2 but we hardly got picture updates and my daughter never seemed to have any structure. Okay rant over, sorry. Would I send her back? Maybe if they showed me they have made some updates to their planning process. Will your child be safe? Yes I never felt she wasnt safe. I hate writing not positive reviews so just know with some updates to their planning process they could be great.
