Overall friendly. One staff member is unwilling to be flexible with gym access even when they are empty. A little customer service, kindness or explanation rather than "no" would be super helpful and appreciated.

Pretty satisfied with the facilities and the staff. 👍 I would love for PG to add in additional facilities at some point like what Provo has (indoor pool would be great, as well as updates to the outdoor pool). But it’s still pretty great. It’s clean, there’s a very affordable day care while you work out. Elevator access to get around. Showers. Family change room. Indoor track, multiple gyms. The exercise equipment works and is in good condition.

The Pleasant Grove Community Center is a well-run facility that offers a lot for the community. I’ve been here for activities and events, and everything has always felt organized. The space is clean, welcoming, and easy to navigate. It’s a great place for recreation, gatherings, and programs. You can tell it’s a space that’s used regularly and maintained with care.

This has nothing to do with the workers. This has everything to do with the management. The employes are amazing and kind. When winter comes around. All courts are closed due to Jr. Jazz and are rarely available even when we were told they would do this again. This is the 2nd year straight this has happened. My monthly subscription has gone to waste so many times. After this I wont be coming back here.

Very nice gym and a great recreation center. The gym is not very packed and is extremely reasonably priced. The track is nice for running indoors when it’s cold outside. They also have treadmills and a lot of cardio workout equipment. They have free weights and machines for lifting. There are basketball and new pickle ball courts. Unfortunately they don’t have racquetball courts. There is also no indoor pool. The PG community pool is around the block and is outside, which is my assumption as to why this doesn’t have a pool. Staff has been friendly in my many visits there. It is clean and seemingly well maintained. Definitely a great place to get a workout in!
