In my case, the membership had no value. Members who were available to play in the St. Petersburg area, were usually an hour or more away. And they make it VERY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP. There's no simple click-to-cancel. So far, they've ignored my emails requesting cancellation.

He has a game plan for what I want to work on, and even more astounding, he actually follows up on how my matches went. He genuinely cares. Stay away from these people. After I paid them, I learned that the coach I had paid for wasn't available. They then tried to have me choose another coach. Well things happen. I got my money back. No problem. Next time I tried booking a coach, the woman flipped on me when I asked to make sure the coach is available. When I told her I had bad experience in the past, she got more upset and was rude. They're are other places or there who provide similar service. Think twice before you give your money to them.
