We had the cafeteria space which was large with lots of tables and also nice to be able to see out to the main play area. Staff is very friendly and attentive. ★Brooks ValAbsolutely appalled by our experience here. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness is NOT a priority. The play equipment was visibly dirty, stained, and honestly unsanitary. I felt uncomfortable the entire time watching my children touch surfaces that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. What upset me even more was the staff’s behavior. Instead of being welcoming and patient with children, some employees were rude and dismissive. One staff member actually raised their voice at my child. There is never an excuse to speak to someone’s child that way especially in a place that is supposed to be safe and fun. As a parent, safety and respect come first. Sadly, this establishment failed in both areas. I would not recommend bringing your children here. Very disappointing experience we will not be returning. Please parents find another indoor playground because this is not it.
