all this club does is take every field at pine island park nearly everyday and not allow anyone on it (not even the mini field is safe), so nobody who isn’t there to play for the club can play soccer at the park, and as of may of this year, all of the grass fields are closed so they can grow back for the rec league in october. i have never seen such levels of greed before, really hope they quit doing this since it’s very annoying that i can’t play soccer because of a greedy club

We joined Plantation Rush FC in 2024, and in 2025 season after hard work the boys had finally become a real team. They built chemistry, learned to play together, and started winning games and tournaments. Parents were excited to stay for the 2025–26 season because it finally felt like the team had momentum and a future. That’s why it was unbelievably frustrating when the club decided to split the team into two groups and add recreational players, despite parents begging management to keep the original team together. Management refused to listen — and the results speak for themselves. Both teams had terrible seasons, and my son’s team probably won only 3 games all year. The biggest issue was the complete lack of proper coaching. Our coach went on maternity leave at the start of the season for over 2 months, and instead of providing a substitute, one coach was expected to handle two teams. When she returned, she left again in December, and the replacement coach barely showed up 1–2 times a week because of other commitments. How is a team supposed to succeed without stable coaching, proper training? This is not a cheap program, yet the kids were set up for failure from day one. Extremely disappointing experience.

Honestly doesn’t know where to start, plantation FC administration cares more about the money than any else and very dismissive when you brought up a concern and with no way of fixing. You literally get no help from administration, it’s a take it or leave deal. The only great thing is the coaches are wonderful.

My son has had many wonderful coaches in the years he has been a Plantation FC member. In regards to a previous negative review stating you have to bribe a coach for play time or favoritism, nothing could be further from the truth. This is a competitive soccer club and all kids train during the week and earn their playing time. Do some play more than others, of course! Again, competitive team, if you want everyone to have the exact same amount of playing time maybe recreational soccer is for you. The coaches here do a wonderful job of training and developing these players. The coaches give up a lot of their time and effort into making this club and each player successful. We appreciate your hard work and dedication

My family couldn’t be happier with my sons decision to play for Plantation FC! He started in rec and from there went to travel at u8 with Plantation. He has made such great progress in his soccer journey with the club. The coaches are some of the best. Not only do they know their craft they also care about the kids. My son has continued to develop through the years and his progression has been thanks to his own dedication as well as the coaches who work many hours a week with these young players. He has also learned responsibility, how to be a team player, and made lifelong friends.
